Wacky Wednesday

I would had blogged last night but yesterday was Tasty Tuesday and I didn't have a recipe available to share...or maybe I was too lazy to!  Sorry :)

We are prepping for the Lake of the Ozarks and Lindsey and I are busy planning our meals and making "LISTS" for what we need.  Vacation can't come soon enough.  Last night we helped Lindsey and Joey do some things with the baby room.  I knew it...Lindsey is starting to stress because she doesn't have any clothes.  Therefore, she can't organize any drawers in the baby's room.  So I was smart and suggested we make labels on paper and pretend we are organized!  It worked and made her feel a little better.  I told her she should had found out the sex of the baby!

Monday night was a maniac night and I didn't blog, as you can see!

We were driving to Target to get Bryon his 30th Birthday cards.  We get into the parking lot and I hear Paige crying.  I look back to her and see this....

I tried to get the comb out while we were in the parking lot but no such luck.  After 10 minutes I gave up and we proceeded into Target looking like this...

I sure did get lots of stares - maybe we should had went to Wal-Mart.  We would had fit in better!

I worked on her hair for about half hour when we got home...

Finally my sister had a great idea to get pliers and break the teeth off.  So we did that and Paige cried because I was breaking her comb!  I can never make that girl happy.  Maybe I should had left the comb in her hair?!

Tonight was going to be low keyed.  We ate supper and then Paige got balloons stuck in the ceiling fan.  Well it turned out, the ceiling fan needed dusted because dust balls were flying everywhere.  Thanks Paige for the incident because the balloons caused me to get in a cleaning mood for about 2 hours!  Now the house smells fresh and feels good :)  We did have one incident though.  I was mopping and just got done telling Paige to stay in the bedroom because the floor was going to be wet.  Well she got excited and ran out of the room and fell on the floor.  She looked like she was sliding head first into home plate!  Of course she cried but with a little TLC and an ice pack, she was all better!

Tonight I also got Paige registered for Vacation Bible School and a shelter reserved for Lindsey's baby shower.  I feel very productive tonight!  Well off to give Paige a bath!  Good night all and see ya later!
